Software Updates/Patches

As with all software, enhancements and updates will be required from time to time. This is to continual enhance the product through user feedback and market changes. These updates patches will be distributed as part of the annual service as they become available. You will receive an email notification when an update is available.

License server availability

The service is available 24 hour a day, seven days a week all year round. We aim to have a 95% uptime coverage. We conduct continual periodic backups of the data to safeguard date integrity and the service offering.

Data Access

Access to the Database and system is 24*7*356.
Regular database backup are taken of the systems.
All data is held in a data sensitive secure area.
Data can only be accessed with a valid account.
